ONLINE - Girls Self Esteem Group (C#1)

Service Description

This group aims to help young girls understand themselves and their strengths. The group takes on the format of part psychoeducation and part psychotherapy where girls learn how to build self-confidence with the end goal of becoming their best selves, while processing the hard emotions that may arise as they discover who they are. The group runs for 8 weeks and begins on Saturday 13th April, 2024. Once participants register for the first session they will automatically be registered for all others. Costs associated with the group will cover all materials required for the group. Materials will be sent via mail after girls are registered and accepted into the group.
